The ORACLE project has a wide scope, having the most partners of those projects financed in the Erasmus+ programme’s 2015 capacity-building call. Specifically, the project consists of 35 partners from 20 different countries, 30 of which are in 15 Latin American countries and five in European Union countries.

All of the partners are able to work on their own, developing the actions needed to activate their own Quality and Equity Unit, but they can also collaborate with the other institution in their country. In addition, they are involved with other institutions in their region in the generation of a network that will enable the Regional Observatory to be created and consolidated.
